Request from J. Craig, Director of Advocacy and Research at PABC, for Council support in advocating to the provincial government for a modernization of practice, granting physiotherapists the authority to order diagnostic imaging.

A repeal bylaw terminating the RCMP Housing and Support Services Cost-Share Agreement with Pitt Meadows.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    THAT Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows Municipal Support Services Agreement Repeal Bylaw No. 8094-2026 be adopted.

To redesignate and rezone the subject property to permit a future subdivision of five single-detached lots and one lot dedicated as park-conservation lands

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    THAT Official Community Plan Amending Bylaw No. 7997-2024 be adopted.

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    THAT Zone Amending Bylaw No. 7778-2021 be adopted.

Summary of the City’s existing hazard-related land use regulations and outline a phased Hazards Framework project that will undertake technical studies to translate land use and climate related hazards into clear and consistent development regulations. 

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    THAT Council receive the report dated March 3, 2026, titled “Hazards Framework Project Overview”.

Development of an Exempt Compensation Policy that formalizes the City’s administration to exempt staff compensation, intended to support the attraction and retention of qualified employees, ensuring the organization has the talent required to successfully deliver on Council’s strategic priorities and achieve its Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

  • RECOMMENDATION:

    THAT Exempt Compensation Policy No. 30.45 be approved by Council.
