The purpose of a Public Hearing is to provide all individuals affected by these bylaws an opportunity to be heard by Council on the matters contained in the bylaws. Persons wishing to speak for or against a bylaw will be given opportunities and will be required to state their full name and city of residence. Please note that all written submissions in response to this consultation will become part of the public record and available for public inspection, including names and cities of residence. Further consideration of these bylaws will take place at the next regular Council meeting.

Maple Ridge Zone Amending Bylaw No. 7903-2023

Second Reading: February 11, 2025


Purpose: To rezone the subject properties from RS-3 (Single Detached Rural Residential) to R-3 (Single Detached (Intensive) Urban Residential) to permit a future subdivision of five lots.

Second Reading: February 11, 2025


Purpose: To rezone subject properties from RS-1 (Single Detached Residential) to RM-1 (Low Density Townhouse Residential) to allow the future development of 28 townhouse units.
