The purpose of a Public Hearing is to provide all individuals affected by these bylaws an opportunity to be heard by Council on the matters contained in the bylaws. Persons wishing to speak for or against a bylaw will be given opportunities and will be required to state their full name and city of residence. Please note that all written submissions in response to this consultation will become part of the public record and available for public inspection, including names and cities of residence. Further consideration of these bylaws will take place at the next regular Council meeting.

Purpose: To rezone the subject properties from RS-1 (Single Detached Residential) to RM-2 (Medium Density Apartment Residential) to allow the future construction of two 6-storey apartment buildings with a total of 152 market strata dwelling units.
